District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive district profitability and manage financial performance of individual mall locations
• Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through rigorous performance management
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers within the district
• Lead sales training initiatives and facilitate onboarding sessions for new representatives
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company frameworks
• Analyze performance trends and data dashboards to drive continuous improvement
• Manage own schedule to travel between mall locations daily
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Store Managers

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
• 7+ years of management and leadership experience managing teams of 10+
• 7+ years of experience in sales training and coaching
• Existing network of high-performing sales representatives
• Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and data analysis
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door, mobile sales, or financial product sales
• Experience managing field sales teams
