About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive district profitability and manage financial performance for up to six mall locations
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through rigorous performance management
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers within the district
- Lead sales training initiatives and facilitate onboarding sessions for new launches
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company frameworks
- Analyze performance trends and data dashboards to drive continuous improvement
- Manage own schedule to travel daily between mall locations within the district
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Store Managers to ensure success
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
- 7+ years of management and leadership experience managing teams of 10+
- 7+ years of experience in sales training and coaching
- Existing network of high-performing sales representatives
- Strong understanding of data analysis and CAC management
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel frequently within the district
