About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive district profitability and financial performance across up to six mall locations
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through rigorous performance management
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers within the district
  • Lead sales training initiatives and facilitate large-scale onboarding sessions
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company frameworks
  • Leverage data analysis to interpret performance trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage own schedule to travel daily between mall locations within the district
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support Store Manager success

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
  • 7+ years of management and leadership experience managing teams of 10+
  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Existing network of high-performing sales representatives
  • Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and data analysis
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel frequently within the district
