District Sales Manager, Industrial Refrigeration

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Food and Beverage equipment within an assigned territory
• Support refrigeration contractors by providing technical and commercial information
• Create demand for Frick equipment with both end users and engineers
• Provide feedback to the factory regarding customer perception, competitive moves, and industry trends
• Gather project bidding information to maximize profitability
• Participate in industry associations such as RETA, IARW, PIA, and ASHRAE
• Travel extensively (30% to 50%) for face-to-face customer contact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration components and equipment
• Background in industrial refrigeration sales, engineering, refrigeration contracting, or food freezing
• Refrigeration technical school experience with six or more years of demonstrated ability
