District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional sales goals
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
• Spend at least 75% of the time in the field providing real-time coaching and support to team members
• Drive regional revenue growth by focusing on larger strategic deals and assisting with prospecting
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent to maintain a successful team
• Monitor team activity and track performance metrics to ensure effective execution of the sales process

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Must reside in the local area relative to the job posting location

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or leadership experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industry
