District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to perform to their highest potential
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales personnel
• Ensure maximum sales performance across multiple locations
• Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to analyze territory trends and revenue opportunities
• Monitor sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, and customer satisfaction
• Establish measurable goals and expectations for team members
• Manage and support job site activities with both remote and onsite involvement
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following legal regulations

Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Background in outside sales or sales management
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment
