About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to perform to their highest potential
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales personnel
- Ensure maximum sales performance across multiple locations
- Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to analyze territory trends and revenue opportunities
- Monitor key sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, and customer satisfaction
- Establish measurable goals and expectations for team members
- Manage and support job site activities with both remote and on-site involvement
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with legal regulations
Requirements
- 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
- Background in outside sales or sales management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment
