About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned market area consisting of 10-14 storefront locations
- Provide hands-on leadership from both a sales and operational perspective
- Market Direct Auto to new customers and ensure effective branch marketing
- Travel to individual branches to set and meet performance expectations
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and review daily sales reports for the district
- Develop action plans to increase sales and articulate goals to agent managers
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional experience (Preferred)
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining
- Ability to perform supervisory duties and lead a diverse team
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree
