District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an outside sales team of commercial sales representatives
• Meet personal and team sales objectives and gross profit standards
• Hunt for new business through cold calling commercial and industrial clients
• Accompany sales reps to assist in engineering door solutions for customers
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update the CRM system daily

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of B2B Sales Management and 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• OR High school diploma with 5+ years of B2B outside sales and 3+ years of B2B Sales Management experience
• Experience selling technical or mechanical products in the commercial sector
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools
