About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a ~$4.5M territory in Southern Wisconsin
  • Develop customer partnerships with distributors, one-step dealers, and independent lumber yards
  • Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and new opportunity development
  • Represent metal roofing, wall panel systems, trims, and accessory products
  • Conduct customer education and contractor training programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, branch leadership, and estimating teams
  • Provide responsive customer support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in building materials, metal roofing, or construction products
  • Understanding of dealer/distribution sales channels
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 60% throughout the territory
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect rooftops
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with estimating, project management, or inside sales
