About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the assigned territory
- Develop and implement market plans including customer analysis and competitive insights
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience
- Manage direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
- Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
- Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
- Residency within the territory (Montana, Northern Idaho, or Eastern Washington preferred)
