About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement market plans including customer analysis and competitive insights
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience
  • Drive sales to sub-contractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors within the Commercial Roof & Wall segment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
  • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
  • Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights per week)
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
  • Residency within the territory (Western Washington or Oregon preferred)
