District Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and order volume targets
• Manage the sales funnel, forecasting, and regional profitability
• Coach and mentor the sales team to build a high-performing unit and manage customer expectations
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior players at major accounts
• Collaborate with internal networks to deliver a coordinated "One Philips" experience to customers

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
• 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally within medical capital equipment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong financial analysis skills (ROI, NPV, ROA) and executive-level negotiation abilities
