About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets, metrics, and profitability goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of Account Managers and Account Executives
- Manage the sales funnel, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) performance
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior executives at major accounts
- Coordinate with internal networks to deliver a unified "One Philips" approach to customers
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently through proper escalation processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of over-quota performance and forecast accuracy
- Strong financial analysis skills (ROI, NPV, ROA, etc.)
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Executive-level selling, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with Medical Capital Equipment is preferred
