District Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
• Provide technical support and training for Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates
• Travel to locations within the Southwest territory to train, repair, coach, and mentor staff and customers
• Develop multi-skill level training programs for Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics
• Assist Territory Account Managers in technical sales applications
• Engineer and manage large projects
• Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and Generators
• Electrical inclination
• Prior experience facilitating training in a classroom or field setting
• Past project management or job foreman experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
