About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the district-level focal point for project implementation, coordinating with District TB Officers, Senior Treatment Supervisors, and Ni-kshay operators.
- Conduct private provider mapping and readiness audits to assess operational capacity and digital connectivity.
- Oversee the deployment and operationalization of virtual TPT clinic tools and coordinate with diagnostic service providers.
- Monitor the TPT drug supply chain at the district level and support pilot implementations for doorstep medicine delivery.
- Lead monthly district review meetings to present KPI progress and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly supportive supervision visits to TPT clinic hubs using ODK-based checklists.
- Support data validation by cross-checking facility records with Ni-kshay entries and project MIS data.
- Manage daily operations across TPT Clinic Managers and troubleshoot field-level challenges.
- Perform extensive travel (approximately 70-80% of the time) within assigned Mumbai districts for facility visits and coordination.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, Medicine, or an equivalent field.
- 3-4 years of experience in public health program implementation.
- 1-2 years of specific experience in TB elimination programs at the district or field level.
- Proven experience coordinating with district health systems, NTEP officials, and private sector providers.
- Proficiency in Excel, basic data analysis, and report writing.
- Familiarity with digital health tools, tele-consultation platforms, and mobile data collection systems like ODK.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced field settings.
