District Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in Upstate New York
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with their specific goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and district administrators
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive product engagement
• Travel within Upstate New York (40% - 60% local travel) to provide hands-on support and classroom visits
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for district success
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pre-sales opportunities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Proven experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in or near Rochester, New York, for local travel requirements
