District Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in Oklahoma
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with their specific goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and district administrators
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive product engagement and usage
• Travel within Oklahoma (40% - 60%) to provide hands-on support, visit classrooms, and meet with school leaders
• Analyze usage data to drive strategic decision-making and plan next steps for implementation success
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pre-sales opportunities and pilots

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Proven experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Willingness to travel 40% - 60% within the state of Oklahoma
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse educational stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive implementation strategies
