District Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in Kentucky
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and district administrators
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive product engagement
• Travel within Kentucky (40% - 60%) to provide hands-on support, visit classrooms, and meet with leaders
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for implementation success
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pre-sales opportunities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Proven experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Willingness to travel 40% - 60% within the state of Kentucky
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic implementation plans
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
