District Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in New England
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with their specific goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and district administrators
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive product engagement and usage
• Travel within the New England region (40%-60%) to provide hands-on support, visit classrooms, and meet with leaders
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for district success
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support pilots and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Proven experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage both teachers and administrators
• Willingness to travel 40%-60% within New England, including occasional overnight travel
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret data and develop implementation plans
