District Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with their specific goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and district administrators
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive product engagement and usage
• Travel locally (40% - 60%) to conduct classroom visits, meet with leaders, and provide hands-on support
• Analyze usage data to drive strategic decision-making and plan next steps for district success
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support pilots and identify opportunities to grow district partnerships

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Proven experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 40% - 60% within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including occasional overnight travel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable implementation plans
