Responsibilities

• Provide telephone counseling and digital patient contacts
• Perform clinic-based work and assessments of acute patients
• Conduct independent clinical assessments
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals through joint assessments
• Participate in the continuous development of workflows and patient flows

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (sjuksköterska)
• Preferably a District Nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience from primary care
• Strong clinical assessment skills and patient interaction abilities
• Structured, flexible, and able to prioritize in changing environments
