About the Company

Familjeläkarna was founded in 2008 with a vision to provide patients with the same care we would give our own families. We operate health centers in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Östergötland, employing approximately 1,000 people in a warm and family-like work environment focused on quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Work as a district nurse split between the Health Center (VC) and Child Health Center (BVC)
• Provide telephone advice, triage, and conduct independent patient visits at the health center
• Lead and develop preventive health work
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Perform home visits, health checks, vaccinations, and parent group meetings at the BVC in accordance with the national child health program

Requirements

• Licensed District Nurse (legitimerad distriktsköterska)
• Experience in primary care, preferably in clinic work and/or BVC
• Experience from a diabetes clinic is a merit
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to different healthcare situations
• Commitment to developing safe and high-quality care
