Responsibilities

• Work in a patient-based and evidence-based manner
• Maintain a professional approach and prioritize patient needs
• Act as an ambassador to ensure the digital-physical care model is implemented and followed
• Ensure high quality of care and patient safety
• Provide excellent service and a warm reception to both patients and colleagues

Requirements

• Licensed District Nurse (Distriktssköterska)
• Desire to influence, develop, and build up a new operation
