District Nurse

About the Company

We are a healthcare center located in newly renovated premises in central Södermalm, Stockholm. We manage home healthcare for approximately 200 patients and are currently in an exciting development phase. You will join a competent team of specialized doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Act in a coordinating and leading role for patient support and care in the home
• Responsible for clinical work, including home patient visits, in collaboration with assistant nurses
• Handle administration and coordination to ensure patient needs are met
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of home healthcare processes

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Preferably specialized as a district nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work structured and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in home healthcare
• Experience with TakeCare or LifeCare electronic health record systems
• Prescribing rights for medications and medical aids
