Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services in patients' homes
• Lead and support assistant nurses in their work with patients
• Perform medical documentation using TakeCare
• Use Epsilon as a planning tool
• Manage alarms from 1177
• Balance clinical patient work with management nurse duties
• Work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements

• Licensed District Nurse (distriktssköterska)
• At least two years of professional work experience
• Valid B-driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong collaborative skills and professional confidence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare (hemsjukvård)
