District Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and acute healthcare interventions in patients' homes alongside assistant nurses
• Conduct medical assessments and manage medical technology products
• Handle medication management and provide guidance to staff, patients, and relatives
• Ensure high quality in nursing care and patient follow-up through close collaboration

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, or SÄBO
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Proficiency in electronic health records (TakeCare preferred) and Office 365
• Interest in patient safety and continuous improvement
