District Modality Leader - MR

Responsibilities

• Own the MR business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance
• Develop and execute district and territory-level growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs
• Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities and close complex deals
• Act as the district’s MR expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers
• Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support
• Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility and optimize commercial execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership (ideally within diagnostic imaging or MR)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management
• Ability to travel extensively to manage multiple priorities across a large territory
