District Modality Leader, Diagnostic X-ray

Responsibilities

• Own the district Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) P&L, driving orders, revenue, margin, and accurate forecasting
• Develop and execute data-driven district strategies focusing on white space, competitive displacement, and IDN opportunities
• Coach and enable field teams, including Imaging Account Managers, on clinical expertise and deal strategy
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and account teams to execute complex deals
• Orchestrate resources such as clinical specialists and product demonstrations to strengthen the sales pipeline
• Maintain operational excellence through CRM discipline and adherence to regulatory standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the healthcare or health-tech industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Strong business and financial acumen, including funnel management and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional peers
• Willingness to travel significantly to support the Gulf Coast territory (TN, AL, MS, AR, MO, LA, KY)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on imaging sales experience
• Clinical imaging experience
