About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver sales, profitability, and KPI objectives through performance analysis and action planning.
- Coach and develop Store Managers, translating performance data into practical in-store behaviors and improvements.
- Conduct structured store visits to assess execution quality, brand standards, and customer experience.
- Implement performance recovery plans in underperforming locations to achieve sustainable growth.
- Champion brand DNA, ensuring strong visual identity and consistent execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage new store openings and oversee the hiring of store talent.
- Act as the primary connector between store teams and headquarters to drive accountability and engagement.
Requirements
- Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable multi-unit retail position.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational results.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and people development.
- Data-driven decision-making capability and strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity across multiple locations.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including overnight travel).
- Must reside within the assigned area (Southern Germany & Austria).
