About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of stores across Northern Germany and Poland to deliver sales, profitability, and KPI objectives.
- Coach and develop Store Managers through structured visits, performance assessments, and hands-on support.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive commercial results and high-quality customer experiences.
- Champion brand DNA, ensuring strong visual identity and consistent execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage new store openings and oversee the hiring of store talent.
- Act as a key connector between store teams and headquarters to drive accountability and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a comparable multi-unit retail position.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial and operational results.
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and talent development.
- Data-driven decision-making capability and strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage complexity and maintain pace across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including overnight travel).
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Residence within the assigned geographic area.
