About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of stores across Northern Germany and Poland to deliver sales, profitability, and KPI objectives.
  • Coach and develop Store Managers through structured visits, performance assessments, and hands-on support.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive commercial results and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Champion brand DNA, ensuring strong visual identity and consistent execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage new store openings and oversee the hiring of store talent.
  • Act as a key connector between store teams and headquarters to drive accountability and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a comparable multi-unit retail position.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial and operational results.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and talent development.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage complexity and maintain pace across multiple locations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including overnight travel).
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Residence within the assigned geographic area.
