About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver sales, profitability, and KPI objectives across Southern Germany and Austria
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for Store Managers to drive customer experience and commercial results
- Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality
- Implement performance recovery plans in underperforming stores through hands-on support and coaching
- Champion brand DNA, ensuring strong visual identity and consistent execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage new store openings and oversee the hiring of store talent
- Act as the primary connector between store teams and headquarters to drive accountability and engagement
- Collaborate with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams
Requirements
- Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable multi-unit retail position
- Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational results
- Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated coaching and development expertise
- Data-driven decision-making capability and strong business acumen
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations
- Fluency in both English and German
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including overnight travel)
- Residence within the assigned geographic area
