District Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct business functions including district and site goals, sales attainment, and labor targets
• Coordinate district business operations, accounting, and revenue growth
• Manage operational costs, administration processes, and vendor engagement
• Lead by example in customer service, quality, and cleanliness
• Hire, promote, train, and evaluate Site Managers
• Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs for wash equipment
• Field and resolve escalated customer or employee issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in car wash operations
• At least 2 years of experience as a Site Leader
• Experience in budget management and P&L review/reporting
• Skilled in wash equipment troubleshooting and basic repair
• Ability to stand and work on feet for long hours in all weather conditions
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience overseeing multiple sites
• Understanding of Express Wash models and best practices
• Experience with pricing, subscription models, and promotions
• Experience opening new sites
