District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver sales, profitability, and KPI objectives across Southern Germany and Austria
• Coach and develop Store Managers through structured visits and performance assessments
• Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive commercial results and customer experience
• Implement performance recovery plans in underperforming locations to ensure sustainable growth
• Champion brand DNA, visual identity, and product storytelling across all stores
• Manage new store openings and oversee the hiring of store talent
• Act as the primary connector between store teams and Brand Headquarters
• Collaborate with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams

Requirements

• Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable multi-unit retail position
• Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational results
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
• Data-driven decision-making capability and strong business acumen
• Fluency in both English and German
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including overnight travel)
• Residence within the assigned geographic area
