About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop Store Managers and teams across multiple locations
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and technology
- Lead business development initiatives to grow market share and customer retention
- Support new store launches and ensure operational readiness
- Analyze financial performance and coach teams on profitability strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years in management, including oversight of multiple locations
- 5+ years of experience managing profit and loss statements and driving sales growth
- Strong project management, strategic planning, and process improvement expertise
- Ability to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or a related field
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year plus EBITA-based bonus
- Uncapped earning potential (OTE up to $250,000)
