District Manager, Stores

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging environment by upholding the company’s vision and brand standards
• Train and manage associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sales
• Lead and execute management initiatives to develop Store Managers and General Managers for career progression
• Manage annual reviews, participate in hiring decisions, and implement retention strategies
• Oversee scheduling and budget management for the district
• Partner with visual teams to ensure sales floors follow guidelines and drive sales through effective placement
• Resolve operational and customer issues promptly
• Collaborate with Asset Protection and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in a Retail Management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams remotely
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely, informed decisions
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends based on retail business needs
• Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
