About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team of Territory Account Executives
- Coach team members on conducting efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting customized solutions
- Enable and empower the team through field activities including walk-ins, prospecting, and local business partnerships
- Partner with parallel teams across the business to ensure seamless delivery of expectations set during the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce and other technologies to drive productivity, report on forecast pipelines, and analyze conversion rates
- Drive new business growth and maintain accountability for the assigned district
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of sales success
- Must be local to the Lakewood, NJ area or willing to relocate
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience building customer-facing, full-cycle sales teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- Proven ability to create and maintain a high-performing winning culture
