District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve business targets, product promotion, and market access goals in the Fuyang region.
• Manage and guide team members through field visits to local vaccination points, CDCs, and other medical institutions.
• Coach team members via co-visits, setting clear job objectives, and providing professional guidance to ensure KPI achievement.
• Organize academic activities and marketing strategies to expand market penetration for new and existing vaccine products.
• Oversee territory management, customer selection, and business planning in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with professional codes of conduct, SOPs, and company ethics.
• Monitor team expenses and promotional activities to ensure validity and compliance.
• Develop and stabilize the team by identifying, training, and mentoring reserve talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health are preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in team management and regional territory management is preferred.
• Strong business management, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching, motivating, and cross-departmental collaboration.
