District Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for designated regions or districts.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor medical representatives to ensure high-quality product promotion and academic dissemination.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to implement brand strategies within the assigned territory.
• Plan and conduct field visits with medical representatives to monitor performance and provide guidance.
• Participate in the selection, recruitment, training, and development of medical representatives.
• Evaluate team performance regularly and assist in building a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Lead by example in promoting a culture of high compliance and adhering to all industry and institutional regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Proven skills in business planning and team management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of compliance awareness and commitment to ethical standards.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong learning agility and resilience.
