District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal and external customer experience to drive sales results and KPIs
• Provide leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive brand loyalty
• Develop and maintain recruitment, training, and talent pipelines for future leaders
• Ensure store safety, loss prevention, and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Drive execution of company processes, including payroll management and controllable expenses
• Support digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS)
• Manage real estate feedback related to site re-locations, new stores, and closings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business, management, or merchandising
• Specialty retail or trade knowledge
• Experience in multi-unit or big box retail management preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising techniques, and sales promotion
• Ability to travel extensively and frequently, including overnights and weekends
• Strong ability to plan, organize, lead, and analyze market trends
