District Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, and retain a dedicated team of hourly front-line employees
• Provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage physical assets, including repair and maintenance systems, vendor management, and cleaning standards
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and auctions to reduce delinquency rates
• Conduct monthly property audits to ensure operational standards and safety compliance
• Use analytics to identify trends and implement strategies to capitalize on district opportunities

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in retail, service, or hospitality
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to relocate for lateral and promotional growth opportunities
• Weekend availability by telephone and ability to work 6 weekends per year during peak season
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
