District Manager Pharmacy (m/f/d) Field Service, South Hamburg Area

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your sales territory to drive measurable growth in revenue and market share
• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships as a trusted partner in the pharmacy environment
• Ensure the visibility, availability, and successful promotion of iconic brands including Dolormin, Imodium, and Aveeno
• Use data and modern digital tools to identify and expand market potentials
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations based on category and science-based arguments
• Execute effective in-store management focusing on product recommendations and promotional visibility

Requirements

• Initial sales experience, ideally within a pharmacy, FMCG, or retail environment
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Good English language skills
• High level of initiative, leadership potential, and an agile, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work data-driven and utilize digital tools effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree
• Completed pharmaceutical sales training (Pharmareferent)
