About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee account sales, service, and support activities for all Oncology products within the Midwest region
- Lead a team of Associate Clinical Oncology Specialists (ACOS) and Clinical Oncology Specialists (COS)
- Sell the full suite of Natera’s Oncology products and drive market development
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with individual accounts and caregivers
- Execute comprehensive business plans to increase unit volume and market share
- Increase unit volumes by closing new physicians and growing existing accounts
- Act as a product expert to maximize field effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- History of leadership and sales success in achieving or exceeding goals
- Ability to travel 60%-75%
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com
