District Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, talent capability, and brand integrity of the Northwest district fleet
• Diagnose systemic gaps across stores and implement long-term solutions
• Manage P&L, including NMV, traffic, CVR, and payroll
• Coach Store Managers to build their leadership and independent performance capabilities
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future Store Manager roles
• Champion a seamless omni-channel experience through clienteling and digital tools
• Execute localized marketing and community engagement opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Proven track record of closing performance gaps and turning around underperforming stores
• Deep understanding of P&L management and driving top-line growth
• Experience building internal talent pipelines and promoting leaders
• Ability to travel within the district up to 80% of the time
• Strong strategic problem-solving and communication skills
