About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the performance, talent capability, and brand integrity of the Northwest district fleet
- Diagnose systemic gaps across stores and implement long-term solutions
- Manage P&L, including NMV, traffic, CVR, and payroll
- Coach Store Managers to build their leadership and independent performance capabilities
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future Store Manager roles
- Champion a seamless omni-channel experience through clienteling and digital tools
- Execute localized marketing and community engagement opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Proven track record of closing performance gaps and turning around underperforming stores
- Deep understanding of P&L management and driving top-line growth
- Experience building internal talent pipelines and promoting leaders
- Ability to travel within the district up to 80% of the time
- Strong strategic problem-solving and communication skills
