District Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and EBIT for a cluster of stores by demonstrating business owner behavior and exceeding KPIs
• Recruit, assess, and lead high-performing store management teams through direct feedback and coaching
• Deliver consistent brand standards for customer service and the shopping experience
• Analyze and monitor store targets, ensuring store managers are in control of their respective roles and responsibilities
• Optimize staff productivity by managing payroll costs and scheduling
• Identify business opportunities to increase profitability and implement immediate action plans
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure operational processes meet company guidelines
• Act as a brand ambassador, equipping teams with relevant training on products and company values
• Build strong relationships with key business partners in VM, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR

Requirements

• Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within fashion, youth, or lifestyle retail
• Mandatory retail background with experience managing remote store teams
• Expertise in store mathematics, P&L management, and KPIs
• Fluent in English for participation in international meetings
• Dynamic leadership skills with a pragmatic problem-solving attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager
• Extensive knowledge of denim
• Valid driving license
