Responsibilities
- Ensure every location consistently meets the Brodie Standard across game flow, staffing, stats, content, and player experience
- Monitor weekly execution and identify gaps early
- Develop and coach General Managers and League Managers to operate independently
- Ensure Brodie systems, playbooks, and workflows are followed consistently
- Support new market launches including market research, hiring, and onboarding
- Identify high-friction workflows and partner with Tech to implement automation
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing managers
- Proven ability to drive adoption of standardized systems and processes
- Experience overseeing execution across multiple locations or teams
- Effective problem-solver capable of triaging escalations
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to on-site locations
- Ability to work 5 days in-office at the Toronto HQ
