District Manager - League Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure every location consistently meets the Brodie Standard across game flow, staffing, stats, content, and player experience
• Monitor weekly execution and identify gaps early
• Develop and coach General Managers and League Managers to operate independently
• Ensure Brodie systems, playbooks, and workflows are followed consistently
• Support new market launches including market research, hiring, and onboarding
• Identify high-friction workflows and partner with Tech to implement automation

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing managers
• Proven ability to drive adoption of standardized systems and processes
• Experience overseeing execution across multiple locations or teams
• Effective problem-solver capable of triaging escalations
• Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to on-site locations
• Ability to work 5 days in-office at the Toronto HQ
