About the Company

Grocery TV is a leading in-store retail media platform. Over 120 retailers partner with Grocery TV to modernize stores and drive incremental revenue while delivering a more engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store support and troubleshooting for equipment
• Build and leverage store relationships to increase effectiveness
• Perform hardware tasks including checking power, resetting, removing, and replacing devices
• Coordinate with the GTV Operations team via phone to resolve issues
• Pick up equipment for shipment to HQ
• Travel to designated market areas (DMAs) for maintenance and installations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or multi-store manager
• Ability to lift boxes up to 100lbs
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Proficiency with common tools such as power drills and screwdrivers
• Ability to climb ladders and maintain physical stamina for standing or kneeling
• Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
