About the Company
Grocery TV is a leading in-store retail media platform. Over 120 retailers partner with Grocery TV to modernize stores and drive incremental revenue while delivering a more engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-store support and troubleshooting for equipment
- Build and leverage store relationships to increase effectiveness
- Perform hardware tasks including checking power, resetting, removing, and replacing devices
- Coordinate with the GTV Operations team via phone to resolve issues
- Pick up equipment for shipment to HQ
- Travel to designated market areas (DMAs) for maintenance and installations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or multi-store manager
- Ability to lift boxes up to 100lbs
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Proficiency with common tools such as power drills and screwdrivers
- Ability to climb ladders and maintain physical stamina for standing or kneeling
- Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
