District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional sales goals
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
• Spend at least 75% of the time in the field providing real-time coaching and support to team members
• Drive regional revenue growth by partnering with team members on strategic sales opportunities
• Assist the team with client prospecting and maintaining accurate records in the CRM
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent to maintain a high-performing team
• Monitor team activity and track performance metrics to ensure effective execution of the sales process

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Must live in the area relative to the job posting location
• Proven experience in training and coaching
• Knowledge of the payments industry

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles
