District Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers and Operations Associates
• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume portfolio of 6-10 DashMart locations
• Drive market metric performance including quality, reliability, efficiency, and profitability
• Execute process improvement pilots and projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead site-level culture and change management to drive operational best practices
• Partner with central teams to ensure optimal customer experience

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, or Strategy
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees or multi-location portfolios
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must be within a reasonably commutable distance to a DashMart in the advertised location
• 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing operations
• Multi-unit management experience
• Experience starting or scaling a successful startup
• Proven track record of building and training high-performing teams
