District Manager CVRM

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of representatives through in-person and virtual client visits to drive individual and business development.
• Create and manage structured individual development plans to build a strong talent pipeline and succession plan.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including panel coverage, interaction frequency, and customer segmentation.
• Develop strategic action plans using market intelligence to identify regional risks and opportunities.
• Oversee regional resources and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage the medical panel and institutional relationships within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize resources and business results.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (MBA or Post-graduation in People Management is a plus).
• Proven experience in team management.
• Experience working in multinational companies within primary care.
• Residency in Porto Alegre or Curitiba.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability for travel.
• Desirable experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology specialties.
